Getting Started, Young Living

Your Body Knows

What if we were less focused on “not knowing” what to do with essential oils, and more trusting of the fact that our bodies DO know how to use them?

Do you have to tell your body how to digest food? How to breathe? How to circulate your blood through your body? How to misc oilseliminate waste? 😉

No, those things happen involuntarily and automatically, for the most part. We are wired for these functions, and our bodies know how to perform those tasks.

It’s the same with oils. Even if you have NOOO idea what do to with an oil…just put it on! Wear it, diffuse it, whatever you want to do. Armed with a basic knowledge of what’s “hot” and what’s not, you basically can’t go wrong with Young Living oils. Your body KNOWS how to use organic plant matter. Think of essential oils as part of your daily nutrition. Your body knows how to absorb nutrients from vegetables, and so many oils are distilled from plants that literally ARE vegetables. You’ll put it on, your skin will absorb it, and your body will put it to use with a big, huge THANK YOU!

The research and education and the “how to” will come. You WILL learn to use them with intention, and many days, you’ll still use them at random because they smell good. And if you come on board with the right people, then they are going to be super helpful in answering questions and pointing you toward the best research and reference materials.

Don’t put this off until you “know enough.” Seven years in and I’m still learning…but I know that my body is so much better off than where it started on this journey of wellness.

You know enough to know that you deserve the very best. Open those little bottles of possibility and trust your body to do the rest.
