Ningxia Berry “syrup” (purée) recipe

Here are two quick, easy, kid-approved fruit purées for waffles or pancakes that I love to make in place of my keto-friendly maple syrup sometimes. Easy to half this recipe for one person or multiply for a crowd. Also, I have no shame in drinking the leftovers if my waffles are already loaded. 🤣 And moms and dads, you’re going to love giving this sugar-free goodness to your kiddos for breakfast, knowing they are receiving the incredible benefits of Ningxia Red to maximize their school day potential.

Strawberry Ningxia Red Syrup

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 drop Tangerine Vitality
  • 2oz Ningxia Red
  • 1 tsp Stevia or monkfruit (or increase to taste)
  • Add all ingredients to blender, until puréed.

Blueberry Ningxia Red Syrup

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1-2 drops Lemon Vitality
  • 2oz Ningxia Red
  • 1 tsp Stevia or monkfruit (or increase to taste)
  • Add all ingredients to blender, until puréed.

Need waffles to go with your syrup?  One more super easy recipe using Young Living Vitality oils to complete your breakfast plate. These waffles are gluten free, low carb, and keto-approved. And yes, kiddos love these, too!

Keto Waffles (“Chaffles”)

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp Pyure sweetener (stevia/erythritol blend)
  • 1 drop Young Living Cinnamon Bark Vitality essential oil
  • 1 drop Young Living Nutmeg Vitality essential oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Preheat a mini waffle iron and add 1/2 tbsp coconut oil to the hot plate.  Fill with waffle batter and let it cook 2-3 minutes. (Waffle irons vary! Keep an eye on it!)

Yield: 2-3 waffles. This recipe is super easy to double or triple!
